The Quality Mark Committee met on 3rd November 2009. The panel meets quarterly.


This panel review passed 4 Quality Mark renewals.

These were:

• ATL Solutions Limited
• Contigo Limited
• Perfect Arc Limited
• Secure Virtual Office Limited


One other application is pending a further website checks, this is  ADECS Limited


The benefits from holding the QM standard include:


 Customer re-assurance
 Exclusive QM opportunities (such as City Councils)
 Shared referencing processes with Business Link
 Free Profiling on other sites – such as WMCCM
 Improved profile ranking on the UKITA website


The panel exists to evaluate the quality of a businesses’ overall operation and registrations. A website accessibility test is carried out, as are 3 recent references. Information on the company’s website, and others they have built, are checked along with legal conformity of all registration details. To hold the QM members also have to have a Professional Indemnity Insurance policy.
