What you can do with your computers!
6th June 2008
Stuart McIntosh from West Midlands law firm Brindley Twist Taft & James (BTTJ) will tell UKita Black Country what they can or can't legally do with computers used by businesses, employees and customers. This is a must for all business owners.

Computers and data is soon to become the target of yet more legislation. Stuart will give a brief run through of the key issues at the Black Country's next event on 25th June at the Wing Wah Chinese buffet restaurant on Stafford Road, Wolverhampton from 6.30pm.

The two specific pieces of legislation are the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
