Customer Relationship Management is a much misunderstood subject. This workshop sets out the basics of CRM and the use of CRM software. An ideal introduction to the subject covering the scope of CRM and basic do's and don'ts of buying and implementing CRM.

The workshop will be pitched at a non-technical level and include a demonstration of some CRM packages, including the Goldmine suite which is the most widely used CRM software package in the world.
