their own IT professional
Support is to clients of typically 2-50
users, with Cat5e/6 networks, and a W2K/W2003
server, or Microsoft Small
Business Server
GFI Mail Essentials and Mail Security, is used for email
management, NAI Active Virus Defense
Netgear firewalls used for security when
using with ADSL, or setting up VPN.
Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions, based on the use of Acronis and Raidsonic

2.Remote hosting of software and data, including Maximizer, Microsoft Office and email
3. Customer Relationship Management
solutions based on the use of Maximizer
software
Maximizer is a very flexible and open
customer database (and suppliers), to which
other programs may be integrated, and files
linked
