Grange was founded in 2002 and has four partners. Our consultants have all held board level positions in public limited companies. This means all our consultants have operational experience covering Finance, Business Development, IT and HR. They are able to add value to our client's immediately based upon experience not theory.
Our customers include Unipart, Matalan, Southern Water, Thomson Travel, Britannia Airways and SCC.

Our primary focus is to help our customers improve performance whether measured as customer service or 'bottom line'. We are typically engaged to 'healthcheck' a business or department and recommend performance improvements. Our target is a 20% saving but equally an improvement in service quality.

We have a number of case studies for programmes where we have achieved this through change programmes, renegotiation of contracts, cultural change programmes, shared service centre set-up and leading outsourcing projects.

Our aim in all projects is to coach our client's managers to equip them with the skills required to manage in the new environment on completion of the project.
