SGK Consulting was established to provide business consulting services to project-based organisations.

Based in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, SGK Consulting exists to help our clients develop their professional services operations to maximize productivity and hence profitability. We help them do this by offering a number of different services:

- We help implement best practice in professional services operations including establishing procedures, implementing systems and organising your consulting resources to best effect.

- We provide education and training to instil operating procedures and general consulting skills and techniques to your team

- We provide technical writing skills to create and maintain the manuals, handbooks and other documentation necessary for the continued efficient operation of your professional services organisation.

Our credentials are based on the experience of Steve Kirk AIMC, founder and director of SGK Consulting. As a consultant, project manager and director, Steve has over 15 years experience in the enterprise software marketplace, including the following key accomplishments:

- Managed the professional services operations of MAPICS UK (formally Frontstep/Symix) for three years providing SyteLine ERP implementation services to a customer base of over eighty customers.

- Developed and managed MRP Online, an ERP application service provider (ASP) , providing ERP services to SME manufacturers in Singapore.

- Lead the Glovia global professional services team for three years providing implementation services to Ericsson, the telecommunications giant, including projects in Europe, South America and Asia.
