In order to be aware of each other as Shropshire members (and hopefully to find opportunities for each other) please use this thread to introdcue yourselves & highlight your core skills.  I suggest highlighting a couple of key areas or phrases that we can all hook onto.

For example Novotronix develop .net based software solutions but perhaps our 2 keywords/phrases are: Sharepoint & DotNetNuke so if anybody comes across opportunities for these that they need support on or cant handle then feel free to get in touch.

Please tell us more about your business...

JoraPh Consulting Limited are an Oracle Core Database Technology Team who work at the guru (or Geek!) end of the scale. Inside the industry we are known as the specialist Database Administrators (DBA) but, along with many other services, we deliver technical architecture and design as well as performance tuning on Oracle systems from the smallest upwards. One of our guys is currently working as a senior TA on a system that will process upwards of 12 billion transactions in 7 hours and another on a payroll system built to service 1.9 million people's pay! The other end of the scale is where we are looking at replicating data across two sites on a system processing less than 20 rows of data an hour - we scale!

We also put something back into the area - JoraPh sponsor Newport Olympic Gymnastics Club and Nova United Junior Football Club as well as sponsoring Tom Carney who plays ice hockey for the GB U16 Team and the GB Olympic In-Line Roller Hockey Team - costs me a fortune but comes off the Corporate Tax!!

I hope this is what you meant.

This has three component parts:
    * Critical Thinking – thinking about all aspects of a situation or problem
    * Planning and Organizing – making decisions about what to do, making arrangements and plans and carrying them out
    * Reviewing & Evaluating – looking back at what has been done, judging how successful the plan was and what improvements could be made in the future.
