The Black Country Branch of UKITA recommends it's Members to attend the latest in the 'Business Matters' seminar series delivered via the Institute for Innovation & Enterprise, part of the University of Wolverhampton (also Black Country UKITA members)

The session will cover basic principles on managing your brand in what has become a diverse and fragmented customer/consumer marketplace.

The idea of the Brand is often confused with having just a logo. However, depending upon which sector or market you operate in, managing your brand and its presence/reputation can become a complicated affair.

A couple of case studies will be presented on how to approach brand management
