Supreme Systems, was founded primarily to bring high quality, business-centric IT Support to SMEs throughout Birmingham and the West Midlands. Our Head Office is based in the historic Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham and we have satellite offices in Leicester and London.
Since its inception in 2008, the company’s portfolio of services has grown to include:
1. IT Consultancy including New Systems Design & Deployment
2. IT Procurement (Hardware & Software)
3. Cloud Solutions
4. Security and ICT Business Continuity (including Backup and Restore, Disaster Recovery)
5. Cisco Systems Deployment
6. End of Life Disposal Services (including forensic cleaning and hardware recycling)
Our core offering is IT Support which is provided on a contract or ad-hoc basis. Our contract customers choose to partner with Supreme on either a “100% reliance” basis (i.e. IT Support is looked after entirely by Supreme Systems) or on an “On Call” basis (where we support existing in-house IT Teams providing helpdesk support (1st line) only, 2nd and 3rd line support or network monitoring).
