JBC deliver a range of IT support services which are internally monitored to ensure our agreed support response levels are maintained at all times. A wide range of IT support services are available from a drop in repair service, an emergency callout to an on site outsourced engineer upon an annual basis. Our support contracts are based upon a callout response of within 2, 4 and 8 hour. 24/7 cover is also available. JBC provide high quality branded manufacturer products and components, to ensure quality, reliability and future growth and expansion. All JBC personnel are qualified and trained to meet our investors in people standards. We also have an in house department specialising in the design and refurbishment of Computer rooms and offices, providing cabling, electrical, lighting, air conditioning and partitions etc. A wide range of products , services and specialists are available at JBC to provide support and advice in connection with your IT requirements.
