go2wm became WMita Birmingham in January 2003, when the committee voted to accept the WMita constitution and became one of the initial seven branches. The original go2wm group began in the Autumn of 2000, and were initially based in Walsall, before moving to the centre of Birmingham.
Member companies cover a wide range of the IT spectrum and are a dynamic mix of added value suppliers (providing hardware, software and networking services) through to eBusiness enablers, web site designers and marketing specialists. Valuable support is provided by a range of exhibition contractors, photographers, designers and printers.
Many WMita Birmingham members have been effectively collaborating for three years, by providing a range of integrated and value for money services. Member companies have benefited from the larger opportunities that clustering can bring. Customers have long been able to deal with a “one-stop shop” organisation that brings piece of mind and the reassurance of quality.
Regular member and customer events are being planned at a local level. If you would like to know more, or have any concerns and would like help and guidance from the region’s leading IT organisation, please contact Central Office on 0121 506 9320 or [email protected]
