New Membership Office arrangements |

- The UKITA board is increasingly focussing on strategic developments and relationship in the EU (PIN-SME where we are the UK link) – UKTI, Universities, government and large IT suppliers and has decided to outsource the membership operation, revitalisation and development to enable it to evolve and improve.
- The UKita board and company continues to exist as before.
- Business as usual:
a. There are now more people involved in delivery of membership matters than before, not fewer
b. The Phone will be answered
c. Mail will be processed
d. Enquiries will be dealt with during working hours
e. Bank account details remain the same
f. QM is strategic to us and our national partners and will continue as it is
- Website will be completed to the original specification as a matter of top priority
- Every member will be contacted directly to discuss with them how they see their membership now and how they would like to see the benefits develop over the next 12 months
