Code of Conduct All our members sign up to a code of conduct which says that they will deal honestly and fairly with you, the customer. If you think one of our members has not followed this principle, you can contact UKITA and we will investigate on your behalf. Quality Mark Around 25% of our members have qualified for the UKITA Quality Mark. This is a process where we look at the member's references, indemnity insurance and also the member's name is circulated to give the other members a chance to highlight any problems with the company.
