Invitation to an NCC Round Table Seminar:  Managing External Resources - Contractors and Consultants

Most IT departments employ contractors or consultants, or both, yet many who do so do not always get the best from the engagement. This early evening seminar is designed to help those wishing to engage consultants and/or contractors to get the best from them. The seminar is lead by Martin Berman, Manager Specialised Services of NCC partner organisation Hitachi Consulting. Martin will share his experiences with the audience and provide guidance based on best practice at every stage of the engagement process.

Delegates will have the opportunity to quiz our speaker and share experiences with peers in an informal atmosphere.
