3. Financial report (due to the Finance Director’s unavoidable absence, any questions will need to be raised with him via email)
4. Resignations of those directors standing down – Fred Noble and Nigel Babb – who will then stand for re-election

UKITA has a feature in the upcoming Midlands in Business magazine (published 28th October). The magazine is offering special rates (approximately 50% reduction) for any members who wish to take out advertising alongside the feature. These are as follows:
