The European Commission is gathering information from ICT suppliers on their experiences of bidding for public ICT contracts. This short survey (20 minutes) is important for the development of guidelines to help IT procurers to purchase ICT based on standards that can be implemented across the market, and thus promote competition. Your assistance in completing it is greatly appreciated.
The survey is designed to be answered by people involved in responding to Calls for tenders from public bodies and of particular importance are any difficulties you have experienced as a result of the way in which the public sector tenders were written.

Findings from the survey will support a study on “the procurement of ICT products and services by public authorities” commissioned by DG INFSO and carried out by Europe Economics.
