UKita launch new MAP site
UKita have launched a new website 'MAP' which is a local company locater, pinning SME ICT companies on Google Maps. The MAP is interactive and easy to use. It provides viewable quality suppliers (UKita members) - allowing users to also view accredited companies as well as recommend companies.

Around a quarter of our members have achieved the Quality Mark kitemark status - shown in the map by a yellow TICK above their pin.
To achieve this the companies have been reference checked, website builds, company registartions and their indemnity insurance has been verified by a Quality IT Committee.
Details of applicants for Quality Mark status are circulated to existing member companies so that any known 'bad apples' can be spotted by our members and further investigation made before granting the kitemark.
