Networking skills for the Technology small business
Acquiring customers, one vital component of business success, can take time and requires many skills.
More often than not, a powerful part of the marketing strategy which can be overlooked is using networking skills to engage with new contacts and develop ambassadors who can create referrals for you. Over 70% of new business is gained through word of mouth!
Meeting people, building and forging effective business relationships can result in identifying new business opportunities, sharing ideas, experience and good practice, whilst meeting inspirational role models. Yet, it is not unusual for many businesses to feel uncomfortable with networking.
In two short morning interactive and practical workshops, this training package will help you overcome any hesitations. Delivered by Helen and Phil of ATL Solutions, you will acquire the necessary skills to engage with peers, build a stronger list of contact's, develop long term relationships and generate goodwill from the contacts you make: ensuring they think of your business first for a referral.
This is fully funded by the ICT Cluster Opportunity Group/Advantage West Midlands
Complimentary lunch will be provided.
