28th September – Blythe Valley Innovation Centre, Central Boulevard, Blythe Valley Park, Solihull B90 8AJ – 4:30pm to 7pm - CLICK TO BOOK VIA EVENTBRITE
We will be talking about the last 12 months, the acquisition of Skillfair and progress with the EU RFID project as well as member recruitment, visibility and our plans for the next 12 months, including our new Regional IT hub website.
Attendance is FREE and you dont have to be a member of UKITA to attend but non members can't vote in the AGM.

1. Thanks and welcome
2. Chairman’s Annual Report including UKITA Trading and Chairman’s retiring statement
3. Financial report (due to the Finance Director’s unavoidable absence, any questions will need to be raised with him via email)
4. Resignations of those directors standing down – Fred Noble and Nigel Babb – who will then stand for re-election
5. Members who have expressed an interest in joining the Board will give a very brief introduction to themselves, followed by their election . They are:
