Silk Business Systems provide a rather clever software package that allows ANY business to manage their mobile workers and working practices better.
What does it do?
Barracuda sends mobile workers information about their daily jobs directly onto their PDA’s or Laptops.
Mobile workers complete forms on the PDA including, information collection, taking client signatures, calculations, taking photos, even videos (try doing that on a paper form) and send them back immediately and directly to your businesses back office systems.
If you want to invoice for work carried out in the field within around 3 minutes of a job being completed, just use Barracuda over 3G or GPRS.
Send auto-generated emails to clients, account managers, finance managers etc. all based on the content of a completed form.
Collect expenses and business mileage info, risk assessments, marketing surveys, process sales orders immediately, we’ve not yet found a task Barracuda can’t perform (ok it’s not great at making tea and coffee).
