UKita Christmas Awards Ceremony & Xmas Meal
Friday Evening on December the 14th.
We are expecting 160 delegates for a private party function in the Oasis Suite for a Banquet style setup. The evening will commence at 1900 hours.
We have an allocation of 20 bedrooms on the night with a single occupance rate of £60 and £70 for a double. Guests must quote the block code "UXM" or state the 'UKita Christmas Party' offer when reserving.
Tickets cost £45 to members and £60 to non-members, plus VAT. Payments must be completed online. Cheques made payable to 'WMita' will also be accepted before 26th November 2007. Please book for yourselves and partners as soon as possible as we expect tickets to sell quickly. Please state correct contact details as menu's will have to be sent out, as well as booking confirmations, maps, agendas and attendee lists.
This will build and improve on last years 2006 Christamas Awards Ceremony, the first for UKita. The event was highly successfull and was featured in local papers and magazines.
The band and guest industry speaker for the night are to be confirmed and the website will be updated once agreed.
