The UKita 2008 A.G.M
Dear WMita/UKita Members
Please note that the AGM date has been set for the 24th September 2008. This is a Wednesday and will be held at Central Office, Blythe Valley Innovation Centre in their Conference Rooms 1&2.
Registration will be open from 5pm and we will promptly start at 5.30 pm. You can now book onto this event and please do so above, so that we can cater for numbers.
Member should have received the official legal Notices. This included attachements, one of the current Memorandum and the other suggesting the changes needed for the Memorandum and Articles of Association – this will be voted on. The final, fourth attachment sent was a copy of the signed off Accounts for the year, up to 31 December 2007.
If you cannot attend then please find time to fill in the ‘proxy’ section on the attached notice form to allow someone to vote on your behalf.
To be able to vote you will need to be a certified, fully paid up member. I will be sending out reminder emails to help members renew, and thus become eligible to vote , before this event.
UKita wishes to thank you for your continued support and membership and would all value all attendees and contributions to this vitally important event. At this event UKita will also present Strategic Plans from the Board of Governance, as well as recap the past year.
