CSW Branch Event & AGM 2008
The AGM for the CSW (Coventry, Solihull & Warwickshire) Branch of the West Midlands IT Association is to take place on Wednesday, 11th June 2008 at Adventure Sports (http://www.adventuresport.co.uk).
As last year, the AGM will be preceded by a networking and social event. The event is subject to a non-refundable charge of £20.00 plus V.A.T. This is a WMita subsidised event with places normally costing over £75. Please book on asap.
If you would like to attend then please 'book a place' here in the red square and pay online. If you can not pay online then please send your details and payment to Tom Brookes, as per below. If you would only like to attend the AGM then you are welcome to do so (and no charge will be payable). Invoices will act as receipt for payment.
Please do dress in casual clothing and bring appropriate footwear for the events proposed (further details will follow with your UKita booking confirmation).
The planned actvities will be for upwards of 20 people and for a strict 4.30pm start. This event is open to all but purley CSW members can vote in the AGM. The AGM will be chaired by the CSW Chair Helen Brewster.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Branch will be held at the on 11th June 2008 at Adventure Sports, Wedgnock Rifle Range, Wedgnock Lane, Warwick, CV35 7PX at no later than 4:45pm for the following purposes:-
1. To elect members to the following committee positions:
a) Committee Chairman
b) Committee Vice Chairman
c) Committee Secretary
d) WMita representative
2. To discuss any such transaction as is directed by the WMita Board and any other matters arising.
