Available training is completely FREE and will provide each candidate with Management skills for self development - to assist both the organisation and the individual. The development will include topics such as:

o Problem solving
o Team building
o Planning change
o Health & Safety
o Cost benefit analysis
o Planning work
o How to use Microsoft Office 2005 (Word, excel, database, etc).

This should help you to boost your managerial skills to make your Organisation more effective and efficient.  Upon completion of the training, delegates will be awarded certificates by the awarding bodies OCR and ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management).
