Our Business to Business Marketplace allows IT, Design and Internet Freelancers to register for no charge and the details are then circulated to local UKITA member companies - who get a special members-only view of our map which enables them to see how near or far away you are based. Although it's quite normal for freelancers to work remotely, it can still be an advantage to be able to meet up once or twice during a project. The B2B Marketplace is free to get listed but free listing people and companies don't get to see other entries in the free listing and can't change their entry online. They have to send any request for changes to our membership office. Free listings can be upgraded to full members at any time and their details will then be visible to the public and in the public version of the map. The details entered into the free listing can then also be edited and changed at will and the new member (previously a free listing only) can see all the other free listings.
